I've been in touch a few times. I've also attended GA in livingston a couple of times and then didn't go back. I've also been in touch with various members and then cut them off to try and stop on my own. I feel I can't make contact again or go back because if how I've cut people off. But the thing is worse than ever and I really need to stop before I can't take it anymore. I've blocked all gambling sites, banned myself from every casino, banned myself from all the bookies I can think of but I'm just out of the pub having lost another lump and I'm at my wits end.
